In2assets will be auctioning 78 apartments, plus conference and restaurant facilities, in the Oceanic Hotel in North Beach in an online, as well as live, sale. The online bidding opens at 8 am on February 11 and closes at 3 pm on February 21. The live leg of the auction will be on February 23 at 11am at the Mount Edgecombe Country Club.

In2assets will be auctioning a logistics warehouse, with a blue-chip tenant, in Phoenix Industrial Park, on February 23 at the Mount Edgecombe Country Club. Unit 3 forms part of the sectional title scheme SS 354 Aberdare Drive which comprises four units, each with their own gated entrance and yard space, which have ample room for parking space and the easy manoeuvring of large vehicles. Unit 3 has approximately 695m² of exclusive yard area in front of the warehouse.

Another successful year draws to a close for In2assets as our final auction of 2021 ends on a remarkable note. The highlight of the day was a magnificent sale concluded by Virend Deonarain at 44 Harry Gwala (Booth) Road Cato Manor in KZN, where a bidding war ended in the property selling well in excess of the mandate.

In2assets are selling an industrial property in Briardene which is a liquidation matter. The 1 400m² property, at 480 Chris Hani (North Coast) Road, comprises a double-storey building with a warehouse/workshop and administration sections on each level. The warehouse/workshops on the lower level have a height of about 3.1 m to the apex and those on the upper level about 5.1m. In2assets will be auctioning a four-bedroom home with a garden cottage in La Lucia on December 8 at 11am at the Mount Edgecombe Country Club. The double-storey home at 9 Daventry Place has three bedrooms on the ground floor, plus a kitchen and an open plan dining area. The upper floor has a large loft bedroom and study.
